Norwood Sawmills is a worldwide leader in portable sawmills and is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team and assist our customers with their inquiries, issues, and concerns regarding our Norwood Sawmills and accessories.
**What you bring to the team**:
- An outgoing customer service professional wanting to utilize their abilities to assist customers with inquiries and take on a new challenge
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you’re motivated and determined to enhance the customer experience, by actively listening to and analyzing the customer’s needs.
- You have the ability to create deep positive relationships, not just with customers, but also with your fellow peers.
- You have excellent troubleshooting skills, you can relate to customer needs and concerns and are able to provide them with a solutions.

We want to set you up for success as a Customer Service Specialist Our extensive hands-on training will give you all the tools and resources you will need to assist our customers with any inquiries, issues, or concerns that may arise with our Sawmills and Accessories. After building a Norwood Sawmill during your training, you will become a fundamental part of the Customer Experience Team.
**A typical day for a Customer Service Specialist at Norwood**:
- Assist new and existing customers with customer service-type inquiries related to shipping, packaging and sawmill operation and service.
- Strive to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators related to customer service.
- Consult with owners to evaluate their sawmilling needs, current and potentially future needs.
- Ensure all customers receive prompt, useful information through professional communication and follow-ups.
