**Primary Functions**
- Handle incoming calls with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Effectively upsell and cross sell when opportunities arise.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to assist customers in their purchase decisions.
- Efficiently handle inquiries, process orders, address customer concerns, and follow up with customers.
- Educate customers on our company and product offerings.
- Maintain meticulous records and input customer information using CRM systems.
- Share feedback, trends, and suggestions with the team to continuously improve sales, marketing, and business processes to ultimately improve the customer experience.

**The shifts for this role are 8 hours and will take place between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.**
