Radisson Hotel & Convention Centre is looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office Team.

**Basic Purpose**:
The Front Office Manager will report directly to the General Manager of the hotel and will be the ambassador of Guest Satisfaction. This involves being actively engaged in anticipating & delivering the best experience to every guest. This position is responsible for leading our Front Desk Team and ensuring exceptional service is provided by fast-thinking, problem solving concerns, and following up with various guests and departments.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Creates a strong Guest Service Culture in the front office as well as the entire hotel that maximizes GSI through coaching, motivating and development of associates
- Partners with the Sales Team with he implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies and initiatives
- Contributes to the development of goals that support the overall business and market share objectives of the hotel
- Positively promotes a fun, creative and exciting working environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and co-workers by maintaining a knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and ensuring your team is aware
- Create reservations via telephone, central/global reservations, correspondence and in person.
- Assists in welcoming guests upon arrival, obtains valid methods of payment and provides the guest with information on hotel amenities.
- Support in ensuring Choice privileges rewards program is promoted, encouraging memberships and follow through on delivery of benefits.

**Requirements**:

- Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative innovator who thrives under pressure and possesses a contemporary management
- Previously demonstrated commitment to exceeding Guest's expectations at all times with a demonstrated eye for detail and guest satisfaction
- Must be a self starter, able to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
- Must have experience as a Front Office/Guest Services Manager

**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
