We are currently seeking a **Front Office Supervisor **to lead our front office team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests receive the highest standard of service and leave with lasting positive impressions.
The **Front Office Supervisor** will lead, oversee, and inspire the front office team. This role demands a balance of leadership and hands-on involvement, ensuring smooth operations while enhancing guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for setting the standard of service excellence and driving continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Direct and mentor the front office team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient and effective guest service.
- **Guest Experience Enhancement**: Develop strategies to elevate guest satisfaction, handling special requests, and resolving issues swiftly.
- **Training & Development**: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance skills and service delivery.
- **Quality Control**: Regularly review service standards, implementing changes where necessary to ensure top-notch guest experiences.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgeting for the front office, including labor costs, supplies, and other expenses.
- **Policy Implementation**: Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to, especially regarding guest service and safety.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to guest service.
**Your Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a front office leadership role within a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and as needed.

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
