Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for an** **IT Service Desk Technician** to join our team at **Dilawri, Mississauga**. This stationary role will serve our Canadian and US stores.
- Have experience in a help desk IT environment
- Have the academic credentials and experience necessary for success in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Certificates of training are an asset, but not mandatory
- Handle a variety of requests that include distribution to support, setting user passwords, create and troubleshooting account issues.
- Hardware setup and troubleshoot of end user’s workstations
- Support a variety of support for different types of IT related hardware: Printers, faxes, phones etc
- Maintain resolutions and tracking of issues with IT Ticketing system
- Handle special projects related to IT with little or no supervision
**Qualifications**:
- Have a degree in computer science or diploma in computer related studies
- Experience working at an IT desk, assisting multi rooftops
