About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35-40 hours of work per week. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of our products and services.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our technical support processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience.
