About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35-40 hours of work per week. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure computer systems, networks, and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of our products and services.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our technical support processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
