Front Desk Service Advisor

As Front Desk Service Advisor, your responsibilities would include:
- Greet Customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Confidently providing accurate sales and product information appropriately based on customer needs. (tire and mounted wheel options, features, benefits, pricing, warranties etc.)
- Creating work orders for In-Shop Tire Technicians.
- Accurately complete all documentation/paperwork in relation to work completed.
- Data Entry, create customer appointments using POS and internal systems.
- Manage Customer Database, maintaining up-to-date records and notes.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License required
- Minimum 1 yr. experience in Tire Sales, required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
- A strong mechanical background is required.
- Interest in further expanding knowledge about the tire industry.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Proven ability to build customer rapport and boost sales.
