If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Business Support Specialist for our Membership team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting membership operations and communication. This position is responsible for ensuring operational performance not only meets, but exceeds objectives for member satisfaction, membership growth and retention. You'll be providing analysis of daily operations, recommendations for improvement as well as assisting in the implementation of business processes.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Report to the Director, Membership and Member Rewards.
- You’ll support AMA’s strategies and plans by providing support and insights to operations, and supporting business development.
- Work with colleagues from across the organization on shared opportunities, to encompass emerging technology, digital communications, and modernization.Work with operations teams to develop new processes and implement changes to help reduce overall cost burden and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of Membership information on the member website, intranet, marketing collateral and all membership communications.
- Write and disseminate communications to centers regarding operational news and updates.
- Assist in the implementation of new products and services and support business development initiatives.
- Review and update training modules and act as a backup trainer for in-person and virtual classrooms.

**WHAT YOU'VE DONE**
- You have a post-secondary degree in Business or other relevant field that is an asset and/or equivalent experience.
- You have comprehensive experience in Lean process improvement and operations management.
- You have front-line or retail experience.
- You have a clean Police Information Check (PIC).Knowledge of AMA’s Membership products and services gives you bonus points
