Secretary/administrator

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
**Skills**:
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
As a secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, preparing reports, and providing general support to visitors. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, booking travel arrangements, and submitting expense reports.
**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
