**What will you be doing?**
- As a Product Manager you will lead a multi-disciplinary team in the design, development, and implementation of complex customer-facing financial systems.
- You will act as the voice of the customer, with a perspective informed through research and data-driven insights and direct customer engagement.
- You will use the latest product management frameworks and agile methodology to deliver a solution that conforms to established business requirements and advances the customer experience.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the product roadmap and backlog.
- You will contribute to the advancement of our product development practice, including maturing our tools and methods.
- This position reports to the Vice-President, Product and Experience.

**In this role, you will**:
Achieve a deep understanding of the market and customer
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs, opportunities, market trends, best practices, disruptive innovations, and new technologies as they relate to the product.
- Identify relevant insights and leverage them to inform product design and features.

Develop winning product strategies
- Develop and refine product strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and client business objectives.
- Identify, define, and prioritize key features and functionality.
- Ensure all aspects of product design, development, and implementation are driven by the customer experience.

Create a compelling roadmap that drives products forward
- Create and maintain the product feature roadmap.
- Align the delivery of product features with the long-term product strategy.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary product team to ensure timely and high-quality execution of the product roadmap.

Establish priorities and manage the product backlog
- Create and maintain the product backlog based on business requirements.
- Prioritize the backlog, resolve sequencing and technical conflicts, monitor progress, and ensure quality.
- Report on product development progress, mitigate challenges, and overcome barriers.

Measure outcomes and monitor performance
- Align the product design, backlog, and roadmap with project budget and resources.
- Monitor product development activities and report on progress internally and externally.
- Manage client approvals, regulatory compliance activities, and other administrative tasks.
- Monitor product performance outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.

Engage stakeholders
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations.
- Create change management conditions that contribute to project success.
- Present and explain product designs, research, performance, roadmaps and other dimensions to stakeholders at all levels.

Deliver high-quality work in a high-performance team environment
- Manage the product delivery team, allocate resources, and channel diverse ideas and perspectives into a cogent product vision.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in an agile environment.
- Challenge and be challenged in pursuit of the best possible solution.
