**What you will be doing**

You will be:

- Identifying, researching, testing, and implementing new software related to accounting, finance, and reporting to fulfill both internal and client needs. This includes configuring and integrating the tech stack during software implementation, ensuring seamless alignment with our operational requirements.
- Monitoring functional changes in identified technologies (tech stack), communicating with vendor representatives, and providing basic troubleshooting for computer systems.
- Developing training material on the identified tech stack for internal and external use, and training and informing internal resources about functional changes.
- Assisting with business-needs assessments for clients. Helping identify situations, clients, or industries where software could drive improvements.
- Guiding and facilitating client onboarding during software implementation. Managing client relations through effective communication and support, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Participating in internal improvement projects as assigned; contributing to ongoing operational excellence.

**What do we expect of you**

**Basic Qualifications**:
Post-secondary education in finance, computer science, accounting, or related fields.

**Essential Skills**:

- Proficient in data analysis and automation tools for enhanced efficiency.
- Practical experience with financial and/or accounting systems.
- Expertise in software including QuickBooks Online, SQL, Power BI, and more.
- Competent in system configuration, data migration, and streamlined processes.
- Skilled in diverse report writing and development.
- Independent problem solver for IT support and journal entry corrections.
- Proficient in maintaining and reconciling financial data.

**Salary**: $61,151.20-$120,499.15 per year
