**JOB POSTING**: Associate Account Executive - Quest Audio Visual

Job Summary

Quest Audio Visual attributes its success to the strength of all the diverse talent throughout the different departments. To build on this momentum, we are growing our Sales team and seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our team, reporting to the Senior Director of Growth and Engagement and assisting in executing key strategies to elevate client satisfaction and financial growth.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Represent Quest Audio Visual as a Brand Ambassador in all clients facing opportunities
- Support and collaborate with Senior Account Executive on key accounts to create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and financial budgets
- Update and customize sales presentation templates for client events, and business partners
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs throughout the event production cycle
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Keep records of sales and data up to date and accurate in CRM and in Order Processing software
- Promote and present the company’s creative av solutions addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and RFP requirements
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Monitor project progress and report status updates to clients
- Collaborate on maintaining accurate records and documentation for projects
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Educate and guide customers to understand how to best leverage Quest AV as a Trusted Partner for their AV event production needs
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements and Skills
- Experience in account management, or similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of Events Industry and have practical event production experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Zoho and Dynamics 365)
- Proficiency in English
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Time management and planning skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate for the Live Events Industry.
- Post Secondary education in sales, event management, or technical event production
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude that is always willing to learn
- Self-motivated with a desire for personal and professional growth.
- Creative thinker, initiator, and action-oriented in delivering commitments.
- Strong team player and collaborator, and have a good sense of personal accountability
