We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team and play a pivotal role in elevating our night club's online presence, executing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring unforgettable experiences for our patrons.

**Job Details**:
Monthly Wage: $5,000 - $7,000

Type of Employment: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a range of exciting duties aimed at enhancing our night club's visibility, attracting new customers, and ensuring continued engagement with our loyal audience. Your key responsibilities will include:
2. Marketing Strategy Development: Work closely with senior management to create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the club's brand and objectives. Continuously research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

3. Collaboration with Design and Operation Departments: Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Provide input on promotional materials, event flyers, and advertisements to maintain a consistent brand image.

4. Event Promotion:*Drive attendance and excitement for special events, theme nights, and guest performances. Collaborate with event planners and entertainment managers to implement marketing campaigns that maximize event attendance.

5. Public Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and local community partners. Oversee press releases and media coverage to generate interest and buzz around the club's activities.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular reports to management. Use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing strategies.

7. Budget Management:*Responsible for managing the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring the best return on investment for all marketing activities.

**Qualifications**:
1. Marketing Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience marketing related work experience.

3.Language Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in both English and Mandarin is required. Proficiency in other languages is an asset (e.g. Korean, etc).

4. Creativity: A flair for developing innovative and attention-grabbing marketing campaigns. Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

5. Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

6. Cultural Sensitivity: A deep understanding of various cultures and the ability to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

7. Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance.

**Salary**: $5,000.00-$7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M6K 3C3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M6K 3C3
