**Why this role is important**

**What you’ll do**
- Develop the acquisition strategy for President’s Choice Financial deposit product across digital, in-store, and pavilion channels in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop appropriate customer targeting strategies which incorporates the relevant channel and offer elements.
- Acquisition of annual deposit product customers within the allocated annual budgets.
- Develop and grow cross enterprise and external partnerships to increase the opportunities for acquisition; lead cross-functional forums to gain alignment on core acquisition strategies.
- Improve the efficiency of acquisition by lowering the cost to acquire.
- Channel management including supporting end to end execution of acquisition strategies across different channels.
- Partner with relevant teams to build appropriate forecasting and reporting tools across acquisition channels.
- Monitor performance indicators for customer acquisition and engagement. Leverage analytics to course correct and establish new proactive tactics in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Manage the execution and evaluation of large scale acquisition campaigns.
- Continue to enhance the acquisition experience for customer.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience; MBA from a recognized institution a strong asset.
- Deep quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen.
- Results oriented. Demonstrated ability to be part of multiple projects/initiatives of varying size and complexity, while prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability work cross functionally within the organization and to build relationships internally and externally.
- Experience in development, implementation, and performance attribution of customer centric strategy & tactics.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
