What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with HR Directors, Director of Talent Strategy, Business leaders, and Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop, refine and optimize talent attraction and Marketing Strategies nationally for all stakeholder groups to attract and recruit for positions within a highly competitive and saturated market for field sales roles.-
- Partner with recruitment peers to coordinate virtual recruitment events, sourcing initiatives and talent attraction campaigns- Partner with the Campus Recruitment team in building strategies to attract and hire graduating students as future talent pipelines- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support overall business objectives- Build and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to define and understand current and future recruitment needs, and talent profiles and determine optimum sourcing strategies- Manage Talent Acquisition Specialist team as aligned to recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive overall accountability and efficiency- Identify gaps using data and leverage insights to influence decision-making or solutions

What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment within a corporate environment, with a proven specialty in high-volume recruitment- Proven ability to coach and mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists to enhance their skills and capabilities- Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders in a national, regional and local capacity- Well-developed advisory skills; effective influencing and conflict resolution skills- Ability to pay close attention to details and maintain accurate records-
- Exposure to an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferably Workday- Tactful and diplomatic; demonstrates discretion and business acumen; able to work with diverse personalities and work styles- Proficient at prioritizing tasks and multiple priorities- Strong communication skills and effective negotiation skills- Post-secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in HR or a related field is nice to have
