**Overview**

Green Nation Naturals Inc is looking for a motivated, hard-working Inventory Associate to join our team and help support our growing sales team. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for ensuring that inventory is maintained and organized, and that orders are fulfilled. This position will work closely with the sales team and the warehouse manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive and process inventory orders
- Receive and process inventory orders from suppliers
- Maintain inventory by ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain inventory by following procedures to minimize waste
- Maintain inventory by following procedures to identify items that are out of stock or not in stock on a regular basis
- Maintain inventory by following procedures to identify levels of in-stock items
- Maintain inventory by following procedures to identify levels of out-of-stock items
- Maintain inventory by following procedures to identify levels of damaged or defective inventory
- Maintain inventory by following procedures to identify levels of missing inventory reports
- Maintain warehouse by completing daily cleaning, weekly cleaning, monthly cleaning, and monthly safety inspection
- Communicate with customers about status of their order or delivery status

**Qualifications**
- Business or equivalent preferred
- Strong computer skills preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
