**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **File Management & Logistics Coordinator** to manage the handling, storage, and secure processing of important records. This role involves overseeing the pickup and drop-off of files (medical, legal, and others), scanning documents, maintaining warehouse organization, and executing secure file shredding processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **File Drop-off & Pickup**:
Safely transport and handle sensitive files, including medical and legal documents, ensuring timely and secure delivery to and from client locations.
- **File Scanning**:
Operate scanning equipment to digitize paper documents, ensuring accuracy and quality control in document conversion processes.
- **Warehouse Organization**:
Organize and manage file storage in our secure warehouse, maintaining an efficient system for file retrieval and proper documentation of stored records.
- **File Shredding**:
Perform secure document shredding according to company policies and compliance requirements for sensitive records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- **Record-Keeping**:
Maintain accurate logs of file movements, digital records, and destruction processes to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Client Interaction**:
Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with clients during pickups, deliveries, and file-related inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in file management, logistics, warehouse work, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and scanning processes.
- Ability to lift and move boxes of files as needed (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong command of the English Language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,785.85-$62,991.28 per year
