**What will you do**

The Omnichannel Manager is responsible for scaling and adoption of a Healthcare Professional (HCP) Omnichannel Marketing model that is prioritized as one of the critical growth drivers for our Canadian Consumer Health business. You will leverage capabilities of internal HCP digital platforms to enable our brands to build and reinforce their competitive points of difference with HCPs by fully leveraging science, data and insights to engage in a meaningful way. This work will have a direct impact on HCPs and the significant conversations they provide in support to their patients. In this role, you will interact with marketing, technology and the North American Consumer Experience Organization to implement and optimize the HCP omnichannel ecosystem for Canada.

Key Responsibilities***
- Ownership for the Canada Academy Plus site as the central hub for HCP customer relationship management (CRM) driven content engagement and CRM program acquisition
- Lead optimization of digital strategy and precision journey evolution; in co-ordination with marketing managers to deliver dynamic personalized content and data logic to drive HCP engagement within Academy Plus
- Lead CRM program acquisition strategies via digital media as well as via conversion of offline in-person touchpoints to digital engagement
- Connect with North America/Global teams to use newest capabilities to continuously improve CRM personalization and performance
- Develop, implement and embed new agile ways of working with internal and agency teams in support of the HCP Omnichannel Marketing model
- Lead with data to translate CRM and website marketing metrics into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize the omnichannel ecosystem and user experience
- Support operational processes for professional marketing team to strengthen execution

**Qualifications**:

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
- Experience within CRM, Precision Marketing or Omnichannel Marketing and Capabilities
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to influence and manage projects across teams
- A self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and desire to learn while shaping

Desired Qualifications
- An Advanced Degree in business, marketing or analytics
- Experience within healthcare professional marketing
- Experience within Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other automated marketing systems
- Passion for digital marketing, tech trends and independent learning
