Position Summary: The Sales Lead Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing inbound customer relationships. This includes effective scheduling, follow-up, and meticulous record-keeping. The position requires close collaboration with the technical support team to craft tailored sales presentations and proposal documents, ensuring the company’s value propositions are clearly communicated. Regular communication with potential customers is essential to understand their needs and align the company’s offerings accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Lead Management and Coordination:

- Coordinate and manage inbound customers through the company's marketing activities or existing pipeline, ensuring effective scheduling, follow-up, and detailed record-keeping.
- Regularly communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and how the company's offerings align with them.
- Precisely manage and follow up on selected customer leads, adhering to the lead management process to maximize conversion rates

CRM Management:

- Ensure the CRM system is fully utilized to track all stages of the lead management process, from lead generation to potential conversion.
- Regularly update the CRM with accurate information on lead management activities, customer interactions, and progress towards lead management targets.

Customer Interaction and Management:

- Demonstrate customer focused skills, including effective communication, time management, and customer service, to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback, emphasizing the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Customize communication materials according to customer requirements, showing flexibility and attention to detail in meeting their needs.
- Screen and classify potential in-bound customers effectively, identifying those with the highest potential for long-term partnership and lead conversion success.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

- Exhibit a strong capacity for learning, quickly absorbing product knowledge and company processes to enhance lead management effectiveness.
- Stay informed about best practices in using CRM systems and other lead management tools, ensuring efficient tracking and management of the lead management process.

Proactive Project Management:

- Maintain close attention to each potential lead being followed, proactively initiating the next steps to move towards lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales support team and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving lead management targets.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
