About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Cinderella Bridal Boutique. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring that it is well-organized and visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in an attractive and inviting manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, ensuring that it is accurately inventoried and displayed on the sales floor.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail sales or management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
