  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is rotated regularly.
  • Merchandise Planning: Plan and implement merchandise displays and promotions, working with the buying team to select products that meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a sales or retail management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
