Sales Supervisor Job Description

At SomnoPlus Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives, including analyzing sales data and identifying trends.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to sales staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
