Sales Team Lead

Bittele Electronics Inc. is a leading electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider in Ontario, Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Assist the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Project Coordination: Manage the Project Coordination team to ensure a smooth order execution process that meets client expectations from order release to shipment through effective communications both internally and externally.
- Team Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to team members, including assigning incoming leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement and execute sales strategies, including setting targets, developing action plans, and monitoring progress toward achieving sales goals.
- Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Reporting and Presentations: Generate regular reports and present findings to the Sales Manager, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating sales meetings and events.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights and share them with the Sales Manager and relevant departments to drive service improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Sales Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the sales inbox by promptly responding to inquiries, processing orders, and filtering spam to ensure effective communication and lead management.
- SOPs and Best Practices: Ensure SOPs and best practices are being followed by the sales team through random auditing.
- Quote Generation and Sales Orders: Support the Sales Manager by generating quotes and preparing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the sales process.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Post-Sale Support: Consult with clients after the sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with a track record of selling B2B technical products and/or
- Technologist or technician diploma in an Electronics Technologist, Technical or Engineering program.
- Strong team management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent outside sales or inside sales capability
- Strong sense of customer service and business acumen
- Knowledge of schematics and PCB design (preferred)
