**Job Summary**:
NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Performance Analyst to join our passionate team. The Performance Analyst is expected to be familiar with the principles of Airport Analysis, the tools used and procedures involved. Analysis is primarily performed using our in-house production tools; but a great deal of manual work is also part of the daily production.
The daily work and responsibility areas in the airport analysis group consist of management and interpretation of authority data, updating our databases, calculating safe procedures in case of engine failure and calculating maximum performance limitations for the aircrafts. Much of the work is performed in close co-operation with our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and manage incoming AIS information applicable to the products and services
- Evaluate and manage customer information applicable to the products and services for the department.
- Maintain and update aerodromes and customer airport obstacles databases.
- Deliver according to agreements concerning quality requirements, delivery dates and regulations.
- Deliver according to internal agreements concerning deadlines and specifications.
- Secure safe procedures in case of an engine failure at the airports where our customers operate
- Maintain close liaison with customers.
- Participate in documentation of internal workflow process.
- Work with the Quality team
- Contribute to internal tool set development
- Advise and assist Level I analysts
- Trouble shoot and explore solutions for customer issues
- Work with the Quality team
- Train level 1 personnel

**Education**:

- Education in Aeronautical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
- Equivalent experience in airline operations

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience with NAVBLUE or equivalent workplace experience
- Experience with aircraft performance products (required)
- Flight education at Commercial Pilot’s License (CPL) level (preferred)

- Familiarity with Aviation literature published by states and Aviation Authorities (ICAO, FAA, IATA)

Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):

- Fluent written and oral English

Technical Systems Proficiency:

- Mid-level proficiency in use of MS office Suite
- Familiar with the use of Airbus PEP, Fly Smart, NAVBLUE TODC or similar performance calculation tools.
- Familiar with all internal technical and non-technical tools sets used by the department. (Freshdesk, Jira, KACE)
- Basic coding/scripting.
