**YOUR IMPACT**
This is your opportunity to be part of the valuable partnership-driven team committed to providing relevant, accurate and timely variable compensation information, guidance, and training. The Variable Compensation (VC) team’s primary goal is to pay plan participants the right amount at the right time while ensuring compliance with plan provisions and company policies.
The VC team collaborates with their partners in HR, Finance, and the business to produce innovative and scalable variable compensation solutions that support future growth. They contribute to the plan design process and manage the applicable systems and processes to ensure that the agreed outcome can be executed and administered effectively and efficiently.
**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**
The Variable Compensation Analyst will assist with the accurate calculation, preparation, and communication of variable compensation/performance results for worldwide business units. This person will be responsible for performing calculations and analysis of variable compensation accounts. The Variable Compensation Analyst may be called upon to work on special projects throughout the year and will contribute to the overall team success by participating in the High-Performance Team model.
**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**
- Preparation and submission of monthly incentives and bonus calculation files
- Data analysis, audits, and review of system setups
- Provide triage support for the shared inquiry mailbox
- Respond to inquiries from plan participants and business stakeholders with focus on excellent customer service
- Perform staff activities including administrative tasks as assigned
- Work on special projects such as process improvements, data analysis/compilation, presentations, report building
- Perform in a challenging and extremely fast-paced environment, while being able to change direction when circumstances change
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Strong ability to breakdown and understand financial data, and effectively handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- High attention to detail, a commitment to quality and a results-driven and customer focused mindset
- Self-starter who will take the initiative to learn the various processes from start to finish.
