**Position Summary**:
Remote Inside Sales Transactional Team Lead provides training, guidance, and direction in regard to sales opportunity creation that leads to closed/won sales bookings and growth strategies to a team Inside Sales Executives, and in collaboration with management, is responsible for ensuring the team meets or exceeds established goals for sales opportunity creation, and close-won bookings. The Team Lead is also responsible for maintaining their own production in those same metric categories.

The Remote Inside Sales Executive is responsible for developing product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings and utilizes sales techniques and product knowledge to meet or exceed an established sales quota.

- Supports the AVP to drive accountability of opportunity creation, closed/won conversion and booking goals related to OKRs and growth targets, supports development plans and mentors individuals on the team to maximize their growth and potential.
- Serves as point of escalation and guidance for team members as needed to ensure performance and campaign outreach coverage.
- **Consults with Customers/ Sales to identify the strategic outcomes they are seeking to achieve and coordinates the sales opportunity creation for those solutions/services**
- Proactively and continually assesses, clarifies and validates short-term needs and long-term prospect objectives through account sales team calls / meetings.
- Directs prospects to solutions that address their needs. Provides service and support to customers in the initial contracting stage
- Responsible for on-boarding of new hires, guiding them through the sales On-Ramp process and ongoing training/development plans, to include all compliance, Salesforce and Change Healthcare University required courses.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining third party vendor relationships (ex. Barco, EIZO)
- Conducts sales presentations
- Will be part of the interviewing and selection team for new hires, along with AVP.
- Maintains and expands relational footprint within the Change Healthcare teams including Solution Architects, PdM, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Leadership. In addition, creates and delivers reporting, metrics and campaign reviews with these same internal stakeholders on a regular/as-needed basis.
- Maintains and ensures accuracy of documentation in all corporate repositories such as Salesforce, Outreach and others.
- Documents sales activity in Salesforce and participates in reporting progress as needed
- Provisions sales reports and prospect reports
- Maintains sufficient technical knowledge of Change Healthcare product offering, vendors and laws and regulations relating to different states and or service delivery

**Minimum Job Qualifications**:
**Education/Training -**
- Bachelor’s degree in related area of study or equivalent experience.

**Business Experience -**
- Minimum 8 years of sales prospecting in a B2B environment, ideally with at least 1 year of experience in Healthcare, Change Healthcare preferred, and a track record of achievement.
- Team leadership/management experience guiding and developing others through periods of change is preferred.
- Experience in knowledgably educating, consulting and ultimately selling based on customer need including ability to assess need and articulate product fulfillment and improvement
- Experience in a competitive, sales role where high-volume outbound calls are conducted

- Conflict management and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and lead others to exceed goals with results-oriented style, high degree of analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of successful management, service and/or revenue creation and growth activities for complex customers or projects.
- Professional and effective communication skills required including presenting in front of a larger group, comfort with conversations at a leadership level, and ability to create clarity and improve collaboration at all levels within complex and diverse organizations.
