Investment Planning Counsel (IPC) is one of the fastest growing independent wealth management companies in Canada. We are a diverse group of people all driven towards one goal: helping advisors build a better business through a remarkable client experience.
Our Private Wealth Business Development team is seeking a Client Experience Specialist - someone who supports the Portfolio Managers in their role of growth and sales while supporting strategic initiatives. This role will act as an essential point of contact working with other areas within IPC to facilitate resolution by ensuring delivery of excellent client services.

**What is the role?**
- Support tactics related to advisor engagement and practice management.
- Assist the SVP, BD in tasks related to IPCs discretionary managed platform.
- Own inquiries from point of contact through to resolution.
- Administration of all pertinent documentation.
- Prep work for review packages, portfolio changes and other administration.
- Ensure excellence in every interaction to provide a consistent experience for existing clients and prospects.
- When required, ensures accuracy of completed account/trade paperwork, financial plans and all client meeting documentation.
- When required, coordinates client account/trade instructions for creation and completion.
- Update and manage all dashboards.
- Manage the onboarding process for advisors and clients.

**What are the preferred qualifications?**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a client support role in a Financial Services firm. Alternate comparable experience will be considered.
- Completion of or working towards completion IIROC Securities licensing is considered an asset.
- Able to foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, advisors, branch support staff, IPC Head Office team members and other key stakeholders.
- Exceptional client service skills are required. Ability to anticipate client needs and timely follow up is expected.
- Must have intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel.

- Aider le vice-président principal, Développement des affaires à effectuer les tâches liées à la plateforme de gestion discrétionnaire d’IPC
- Prendre en charge les demandes reçues du début à la fin
- Gérer tous les documents pertinents
- Préparer les trousses d’examen, les modifications de portefeuille et d’autres tâches administratives
- Assurer l’excellence de chaque interaction afin d’offrir une expérience uniforme aux client
