We are seeking an organized and highly motivated Financial Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role involves managing assigned regional inventory (active and written off) through the facilitation of collection tools/ability, as well as legal action.

The successful candidate will have extended healthcare coverage, including Mental Health and on-demand virtual healthcare. They will also enjoy fully remote work with occasional court hearing appearances. Employee discounts on furniture, electronics, and appliances are also part of the benefits package.

This role requires staying organized and managing deadlines with all required legal and administrative duties. The candidate must manage their region's revolving monthly PCO inventory to review and flag as 'pre-lit'/ 'legal'. They will also be responsible for managing a recovery portfolio of written off loans through action and activity; phone calls, text messages, emails, required legal action including service of legal documents.

The Financial Portfolio Manager will proceed with legal action on delinquent accounts through the Small Claim Court process. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in collections (asset) is required. A full driver's license with access to a vehicle is also necessary. Exceptional organization and time management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office/SharePoint (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
