**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Hiring Manager to solidify a job description, identify sourcing opportunities and oversee the completion of the orientation documentations.
- Guide Hiring Managers on the administration of the recruitment and applicant assessment process.
- Conduct background checks, and reference checks where applicable.
- Prepare and update employment contracts.
- Verify submitted new hire paperwork and ensure relevant paperwork is supplied to the payroll team
- Maintain confidential and accurate record keeping of employee files and related matters: new hires, transfers, promotions, and salary revisions.
- Administer the iCIMS Applicant Tracking process to ensure job descriptions are added and up-to-date, approval chains are implemented correctly, new users are added and provided appropriate permissions and logins, and other upkeep duties as required.
- Manage the Noble Indeed company page, ensuring roles are sponsored when requested, insertion orders are submitted and approved, and general upkeep of the company page (new photos, videos, descriptions, etc.).
- Act as Noble’s account representative for vendor recruitment related partners. Troubleshoot Hiring Manager issues, reviewing new features/products, and submitting invoices in a timely manner.
- Contract management for agency partners that support our client group.
- Seek opportunities and implement change to improve our recruitment process.
- Manage the talent inbox.
- Generate and monitor reports as required.
- Own and assist in strategic HR-related projects as required.

Qualifications:
**Must Have**
- 1+ years of experience in Recruitment
- Completed degree or post-graduate certificate in Human Resources
- Familiar with Ontario employment legislation
- Must have the ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent organizational, detail oriented, deadline-driven, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Comfortable taking initiative to communication with teammates and leaders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Nice to Have**
- Demonstrated experience using an Applicant Tracking System is a strong asset
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft is an asset
