**Supervisor Job Responsibilities**:

- Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Conducts training.
- Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.

Position: Staff Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and manage the staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor stock levels and ensure that inventory is maintained at appropriate levels
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee record keeping
- Analyze market trends and adjust staffing levels accordingly
- Utilize math skills to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
- Train staff on phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in staff management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
