Reporting to the Vice President, Legal Affairs, you will provide administrative support to a team of lawyers. You will demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail in providing administrative assistance in the production of various agreements and documents. In your role, you will also be required to:

- Make corrections (handwritten or dictated) to various contracts and other legal documents
- Keep filing up to date
- Complete a variety of regular reports (in Word and Excel)
- Manage invoicing
- Prepare Powerpoint presentations
- Manage and follow up on correspondence
- Handle travel planning and reservations
- Manage licences for plant operations
- Transcribe dictaphone recordings (Express Scribe)
- Perform any other related duties

You are best suited for the role if you
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Excellent grammar skills, in English and French
- Excellent judgement, attention to detail, accuracy, discretion and self-reliance
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Professionalism and sense of priorities
- Strong organizational skills
