Account Manager for Learning Centre

We are looking for an individual to join our consultation and customer care team. You will introduce course offerings to prospective clients, create study plans for students, and coordinate communication between students, parents, and teachers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Advises grade 1 - grade 12 students on high school/college/career planning.
- Provides guidance and feedback on students' academic performance based on teachers' reports.
- Follows up and maintains consistent communication with clients.
- Coordinates with other team members to keep track of student progress.
- Coordinates with operation team and teachers on student assessments and recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Superior communication skills, both online and in-person.
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Zoom, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and other scheduling software.
- Experience with advising students for college preparation and career planning.
- Affinity for working with high school students (teaching or counseling experience is an asset).
- Ability to carry out various tasks in a timely manner and multitask with efficiency and impact.
- Familiar with Canadian school systems is an asset.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is an asset.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
