We are seeking a part-time English and math educator to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. in Richmond Hill West. As an Interactive Coach, you will play a key role in helping students develop their self-confidence and self-esteem by teaching them essential language and math skills.

About the Position
  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Salary: $17 per hour
  • Schedule: Evenings (Monday to Friday), Saturday availability

You will be responsible for teaching up to three students at a time, guiding them through various levels of learning, and filling out post-lesson notes. Our interactive coaching approach ensures that each student receives personalized attention and support, helping them overcome academic hurdles and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Teach students English and math skills using our proprietary methods
  • Work with students of different levels, from Kindergarten to Grade 12
  • Filling out post-lesson notes to track student progress
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Experience teaching or tutoring students at a Kindergarten to Grade 12 level
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and balance working with multiple students
