Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dynamic full-time Education Coordinator to participate in all aspects of the centre.

This role involves office administration, managing student programming and assessments, meeting with parents and school teachers, staff management and leadership, and working closely with students from age 3 to Grade 12.

Key responsibilities include helping inquiring parents discover our programs, building relationships with parents, assessing children new to our centre, preparing and monitoring academic programs, maintaining a service schedule and follow-up system, creating a fun and energetic learning environment, and promoting all aspects of the learning centre business.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience working in an educational environment, passion for working with pre-school, elementary, and high school children, strong computer and math skills, and native English language written and oral communication skills.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate and build relationships with parents effectively, demonstrate scheduling flexibility and the ability to multi-task and think on their feet, possess strong phone skills and customer service experience, and be able to promote and participate in all aspects of the learning centre business.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, evenings, and Saturday availability.

The estimated salary for this role is $22 - $25 per hour.
