**Description du poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une ressource qui agira à titre d'expert technique du module Governance, Risk, and Compliance de ServiceNow afin de mettre en place techniquement les meilleures pratiques au niveau de ces modules BCM (Business Continuity Management ) et IRM (Integrated Risk Management ).

Cette personne nous permettra de nous assurer d'utiliser les meilleures pratiques de marché au niveau des modules, mais aussi de créer de la connaissance (Techlead) auprès d'employés de la compagnie qui devront soutenir la technologie une fois ce projet complété.

**Rôle et responsabilités**:

- Conçoit la réponse technique aux besoins métiers (Pratique ITIL, besoin d’affaire, )
- Participe à la paramétrisation et les développements/Scripting dans la plateforme ServiceNow GRC (BCM et IRM) en conformité avec les users stories de leur backlog
- Réalise et maintient une documentation technique précise sur le développement, les configurations et les solutions mises en œuvre, selon les règles établies dans l'équipe
- Peut réaliser les tests d'intégration des user stories (Tests d'Intégration)
- S’assure que les développements effectuer par l’intégrateur soit conforme aux normes de la Compagnie et respecte le Out Of the Box ServiceNow
- Reçoit, analyse et corrige les incidents ServiceNow
- Prépare et effectue toutes les étapes des Mises en Production (update set)
- Forme l'équipe interne de la Compagnie responsable de la solution
- Documente toutes informations pertinentes en lien avec ces modules dans Confluence pour le Responsable TI
