Élaborer des stratégies de réalisation complexes, analyser, concevoir et documenter ce qui a trait à l’escouade ServiceNow (changements, configuration, incidents, problèmes et événements).
- Assurer l’analyse et le développement, la conception, le code, l'automatisation des tests et l’exploitation en appliquant les bonnes pratiques de développement, de données et de sécurité.
- Rédiger les façons de faire, les encadrements et les méthodes de développement. S’assurer de l’élaboration de la documentation, de la préparation et de la diffusion des formations aux pairs et consommateurs.
- Travailler en cocréation avec les partenaires d’affaires et les architectes pour bien comprendre et ainsi réaliser l’arrimage des solutions représentant les intentions et les objectifs d’affaires.
- Cibler les opportunités d’optimisation des systèmes et les impacts sous-jacents aux changements. Assurer une analyse des problématiques à complexité opérationnelle et conceptuelle élevée, s’assurer de déterminer les causes et d’effectuer un suivi des problèmes aux systèmes lors d’incidents majeurs et s’assurer de leur résolution.
- S’assurer de la pérennité des choix et des travaux effectués sur les modules ServiceNow.
- Assurer le coaching, l'encadrement et la montée en compétence de ses collègues plus juniors.

**Ce que vous mettrez à profit**
- Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée
- Un minimum de six ans d’expérience pertinente en tant que développeur(-euse)
- Veuillez noter que d’autres combinaisons de formation et d’expérience pertinentes pourraient être considérées
- Expérience de développement en JavaScript
- Expérience avec les processus de développement agile (par exemple, Scrum, Kanban)
- Connaissance du français nécessaire
- Connaissance des processus d’opération et support des actifs TI (Niveau de service, Criticité, PDR, CMDB)
- Connaissance services Web (SOAP, REST)
- Connaissance de la suite CSM ServiceNow ou produits équivalents
- Connaissance des processus de gestion des services TI : ITIL
