**What will you be doing in this role?**:

- Monitor and reconcile compensation, including posting commissions onto the back office system (WealthServ)
- Enter MGA commissions in required databases
- Assist with Debt Module entries and notices
- Back up and vacation coverage on an as needed basis
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**What qualifications are required?**:

- Currently a student at a post-secondary institution (college or university) - Finance or other related fields of study
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset

- Mathematical and reconciliation skills (analytical and problem solving)

**What should your experience look like?**:

- Experience in the insurance/financial services industry an asset
- Experience in customer service an asset

**De quoi vous occuperez-vous au sein de ce poste?**:

- Contrôler et rapprocher les rémunérations, notamment entrer les commissions dans le système administratif (WealthServ)
- Entrer les commissions des agents généraux associés dans les bases de données appropriées
- Contribuer aux entrées et aux avis du Debt Module
- Être disponible pour les remplacements et les vacances
- Effectuer toute autre tâche qui vous est confiée

**Qualifications requises****:

- Études en cours dans un établissement d’enseignement postsecondaire (collège ou université) en finance ou dans un domaine connexe
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), un atout
