**Position Overview**

As a **Part-Time or Full-Time Gym Coordinator**, you’ll manage scheduling, drive membership sales, and contribute to our marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing administrative tasks with member-facing responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Scheduling & Operations**
- Manage and update schedules for group fitness classes, events, and facility use.
- Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries about activities and schedules.

**Sales & Membership Growth**
- Engage with prospective members during peak hours to promote memberships.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Support referral programs and other member retention initiatives.

**Marketing Support**
- Post engaging content on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
- Update the gym’s website with current schedules, promotions, and announcements.

**Customer Service**
- Foster positive relationships with members to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Address member concerns promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**

**Required**:

- **Preferred**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sports management, kinesiology, or a related field. **Minimum**: High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or gym operations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with social media platforms and website tools (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French;
**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of gym management software (required or willing to learn).
- CPR and First Aid certification (required or willing to obtain).
- Located close to gym.
