We are in the transportation and warehousing industry. Our **small team of three** is looking for a colleague to support mass hiring.

We are currently looking for an HR Administrative Assistant whose main mandate will be to support recruitment activities for our warehouses while having the chance to touch upon other aspects such as health and safety, legislation and other areas of human resources.

**In a working week (tasks)**:

- **Create** and modify **job postings** and descriptions;
- Conduct **telephone interviews**;
- Do **in-person interviews**;
- **Enter the new employee's** file into our payroll **software;**:

- **Follow-ups with the team and the client** on hiring and recruiting;
- **Welcome new employees;**:

- **Maintain and update employee records,** rosters, shared files, company policies and provide general administrative support to the team;
- Establish and **maintain long-term relationships** with existing and potential **clients, as well as with co-workers**;
- Follow up on **CNESST **files;
- **Learn** about the various **laws **related to relevant tasks;

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in a relevant field;
- **Bilingual** in French and English (speaking and writing required);
- Ability to work **independently and with a team**;
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**;
- **Creative** in problem solving;
- **Organized and structured**:

- Special attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS **Word and Excel**:

- Experience in a recruitment firm / with bureaucracy / with Customer service **(Asset)**
