Technical Product Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define detailed product requirements, ensuring that technical solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and release.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product’s success and iterate on improvements.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality product releases.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Lead cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies, ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that could impact product development and delivery.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Continuously gather feedback from customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to iterate on product features and enhancements.

- Strong understanding of web and mobile app technologies for Windows, Android and iOS
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development principles, architecture, and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in driving the development and launch of software products from concept to market.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
