Job description
Multi-office Real Estate Brokerage looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. We need a reliable person with a positive attitude that is comfortable working independently.
**Hours & Location**
- **Primarily evening shifts 4-8pm and/or weekends 9am to 4pm**:
- Must be available to start shifts at 4pm on weekdays and 9am on weekends.
- Must be available to work in 2 offices (central and west end locations)
- Varied daytime hours (as required)
**Key Duties**:
- Process office listing and showing paperwork and into appropriate software
- Answer multi-line phone system and route calls
- Responding to and dealing with questions from company realtors
- Greet all clients and guests
- Maintain office supplies & restocking
- Photocopying, scanning and distributing of all incoming paperwork
- Assisting full-time administrative team where and when required
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Polite, professional telephone manner
- Strong command of the English language both written and verbal
- Able to keep calm under pressure
- Able to work independently
- Attention to detail, organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and able to learn new software easily
- Experience with Canva and Mailchimp software an asset
- Admin / reception experience is an asset
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 -20 per week
**Salary**: $15.50-$17.50 per hour
