**The Company**
Stacked Franchising Ltd. is a growing franchising company that represents Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House’s all across Canada with it's Head Office Located in Barrie, Ontario. Currently with over 80 opened locations and aggressive growth, we are looking for a Marketing Manager that will help be our main point of communication with our marketing department as our company grows.

**Responsibilities**:
This will include, but not limited to:

- _Reporting to the Director_
- _Ad campaign creation, copy and maintenance_
- _Social media management_
- _Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, and work to spot new opportunities and areas of growth_
- _Take ownership of a variety of marketing projects and initiatives and work collaboratively with other members of the marketing department_
- _Generate brand awareness_
- _Create innovative ideas for branding/marketing_
- _Participate in trade shows and industry events_
- _Grow, maintain and optimize our online presence_
- _Provide internal training where necessary on social sharing processes._
- _Communicate internally with the Director as well as externally with our marketing and public relations firm._

**Position Qualifications**:
To be successful in the position, we require the below at a minimum
- _Strong writing and editing skills_
- _Social media experience_
- _Editing and creating content, posters, menu covers, and posts_
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook_
- _Strong work ethic and ability to anticipate needs of the marketing team_
- _Organized and process oriented_
- _Excellent communication skills, both written and oral including public speaking_
- _Post-Secondary education in Marketing or Business is an asset._

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
