**Job description**

**The Company**
Stacked Franchising Ltd. is a growing franchising company that represents Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House’s all across Canada with it's Head Office Located in Barrie, Ontario. Currently with over 90 opened locations and aggressive growth, we are looking for a Marketing Director that will guide our vision, strategy & implement direction as our company grows.

**Responsibilities**:
This will include, but not limited to:

- _Reporting to the Director_
- _Manage team of Graphic Designer, Marketing Manager & Ads Manager_
- _Ad campaign management_
- _Social media management_
- _Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, and work to spot new opportunities and areas of growth_
- _Take ownership of a variety of marketing projects and initiatives and work collaboratively with other members of the marketing department_
- _Generate brand awareness_
- _Create innovative ideas for branding/marketing_
- _Participate in trade shows and industry events_
- _Grow, maintain, and optimize our market presence_
- _Communicate internally with the Director and externally with our marketing and public relations firm._

**Position Qualifications**:
To be successful in the position, we require the below at a minimum
- _Strong writing and editing skills_
- _Social media experience_
- _Editing and creating content, posters, menu covers, and posts_
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook_
- _Strong work ethic and ability to anticipate the needs of the marketing team_
- _Organized and process-oriented_
- _Excellent communication skills, both written and oral including public speaking_
- _Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business is an asset._
- _Minimum 3+ years of related experience, including experience in Marketing & communications._
- _Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy including websites, social media, and how to leverage data analytics to improve strategies & results continuously. _
- _Proactive with recommendations & planning, and getting the information needed to drive a deliverable forward. _

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
