**About Our Opportunity**:
As the Support & Integration Analyst, you will report to the Delivery Manager of Digital Identity & Trust (DI&T).

Digital Identity & Trust (DI&T) is part of Digital Platforms Division which is focused on enabling the province to deliver simpler, faster, safer, user-centered services through a ‘build once and use many times’ approach.

You will be supporting digital identity and trust activities including:

- Issuing, managing, and troubleshooting Digital Certificates
- Ensuring effective and efficient availability, deployment and maintenance of NSiD
- Confirming new functionalities for NSiD are functioning properly
- Participating in test activities including, planning, test case creation and execution
- Application Development & Support for existing and new services, such as Verified Credentials
- Communication with peer groups to exchange information to ensure that there is mutual understanding of needs and requirements of users

This position deals regularly with external and internal clients, vendors, and consultants from time to time.

This role is expected to develop highly effective relationships with management, peers, clients, and operational staff characterized by mutual trust and respect.

**What You Will be Doing**:
The Support & Integration Analyst is responsible for:

- Key point of contact for clients and meeting with client departments to determine their digital identity needs
- Maintaining and monitoring systems to guarantee consistent availability
- Enabling effective support of the clients and the systems that depend on Digital Identity Platform (NSiD)
- Escalating technical issues to other teams, navigating the organization, working with other NSDS teams to find solutions to complex issues, and ensure successful implementation
- Application analysis and testing support
- Problem solving, analytical thinking, prioritization skills, decision making, ability to manage complex and competing requests, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Understanding of the principles of Digital Identity
- Understanding of the Principles of Public Key Cryptography
- Sufficient experience to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Well organized, be capable of prioritizing and undertaking high level work under tight deadlines, and can exercise sound judgment under pressure
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Interact effectively with and communicate technical concepts to clients, peers, and our leadership team
- Being flexible and able to quickly adapt to new technologies

- Experience in using tools such as: Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), OpenSSL, KeyTool, Let’s Encrypt, Azure Key Vault/App Service/APIM
