**Job Description**:
SMO Solutions is a global team with offices in Singapore, Dublin and Halifax. The team’s mission is to enable operational excellence through process improvements & technology enablement. The projects we take charge includes New client onboarding, Process reengineering and Product development. You will be part of a projects team working to deliver industry leading solutions to our various stakeholders.
**Core responsibilities**
- Analyze business processes and provide solutions for process improvements
- Lead deep dive exercises and ensure processes are in line with the target operating model
- Onboard new clients and ensure processes are in line with target operating model
- Attend to system related issues and provide support to the various stakeholders
- Raise development requirements and perform user acceptance testing
- Build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Manage ad-hoc projects
**Qualifications**:
**Main Requirements**
- University degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Process engineering/ Product management experience within the Fund Administration or Asset Management industry
- Reconciliation / Fund Accounting experience within the Fund Administration or Asset Management industry
- New client onboarding experience within the Fund Administration or Asset Management industry
- Understanding of reconciliation workflow and products involved within the reconciliation process
- Willing to embrace new technologies in order to identify new solutions & inefficient processes
- PMP / Lean Six Sigma certified
- Experience with MS Visio, PowerBI, VBA and SQL
- Proven passion to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Creativity in exploring solutions to improve day-to-day operational efficiency

**Compensation**
MUFG provides all of its employees with an attractive compensation package. In addition to base salary, there is a group medical insurance scheme, group pension scheme, reimbursement of professional subscriptions, paid holidays and assistance towards gym memberships.
Starting salary will be dependent on experience.
