**Business Development Manager (Atlantic Region)**

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Business Development Manager is responsible for the growth of IFS’s business in the Atlantic region. To deliver sales and service results, the position establishes and manages effective relationships with insurance brokers, leveraging a strong business development focus. The position is accountable for retaining and increasing the business from the existing broker customer base as well as for securing business opportunities with new brokers.

- **Education/Experience**:_
- Possess an undergraduate degree or diploma, with a minimum of six years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience in, and superior knowledge of, personal and commercial insurance business.
- Expert in sales planning and execution, with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong service orientation, focused on achieving exceptional service standards.

This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits and compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications, including a variable incentive program.
