Roxton is looking to expand and for someone to come in and manage local market initiatives. This role reports to the General Manager and will work closely with them to help drive the Roxton Brand.

Roxton Industries is a disinfectant solution business located in Kitchener, Ontario. Our goal is to be the leading provider of disinfectant wipes in North America. We have established a product offering that is found in Local Businesses, Government offices, fitness centers and many other facilities. Our team is a tight knit group that loves to work hard and play hard.

**Position Concept**:
The Business Development Role is a local Sales Role based around the local community to help drive Brand Awareness and grow the Roxton brand as well as their own personal Brand.

This individual will be working closely with the business leader to run the line of business and expand the offerings.

This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs or get in contact with prospective clients to understand their business needs.

They will also work closely with the marketing team to uncover new leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold-Calling & Warm-Calling with the goal of leading the client to the website to purchase
- Identify, research, and break into target accounts
- Build, grow and maintain positive customer and non-customer connections and relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure revenue success
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills

**Qualifications**
- Post Secondary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated and ambitious with an interest in directly impacting small-medium sized businesses in your community
- Passion for relationship building with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and solution-seeking with natural curiosity and passion for personal and professional growth
- Ability to demonstrate resilience in adverse situations
- Eligible to work in Canada

**Salary: $45,000 - $70,000**
*Base salary 45,000 with opportunity to earn bonuses to bring the total compensation to up to $70,000.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
