Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and client acquisition
  • Lead a team of sales executives and implementation specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and activities with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, potential clients, and strategic partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth and client success
Requirements
  • 10+ years of business development or equivalent experience with 5+ years of progressive leadership roles in enterprise-level sales
  • Direct evidence of closing large enterprise-wide deals in short timeframes
  • Experience running BDR teams and managing clients within the field of education
  • Knowledge of competition in the space of upskilling, learning platforms, and corporate training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to formulate and communicate a clear, long-term business development strategy
