**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
**20 month contract**

As the E-commerce Supervisor for the RW&CO brand, you are a key team member in ensuring our overarching vision of creating exceptional customer experiences and growing our sales and profits as a key omni channel retailer. You accomplish this through your deep understanding of website analytics, website behavior, E-Commerce insights and A/B testing.

**What you do**:

- Supervises online customer experience to increase retention, conversion and customer satisfaction KPI’s;
- Influences and executes digital best practices to ensure quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and e-commerce growth;
- Enhance the online store performance through site analysis and metric reviews. Review analyses with other members of management to plan future online activities;
- Continuously improve the online experience by ensuring the key tools on the sites are effective and are maximizing the sales conversion process with respect to navigation and search.
- Align all E-commerce activities (web layout, site navigation, personalization tools, promotional activities, etc.) to achieve and surpass objectives of performance according to these metrics;

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Business, e-commerce, Management Information System, or related field of study;
- Minimum of 2 years experiences in online marketing or eBusiness;
- Proficient in MS Office, Jira, Google Analytics;
- Basic knowledge of HTML (an asset).
