**Adcock Equipment Inc.** is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator **to join our growing team. We are one of the most active dealers of new and used boom lifts, scissor lifts and telehandlers in Canada. We represent brands such as Genie, JLG, Skyjack, Skytrak and Xtreme. We sell our equipment to contractors and dealers throughout North America. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team, ensuring the smooth flow of equipment from purchase, through shop, sale and delivery. This position is based out of our **BRAND NEW building in North Nisku**, just south of 41st ave. **This role is 100% in office** at this time in order to work closely with sales and management team. **Responsibilities**:
**Logistics/Equipment Arrival**:

- Receive equipment purchase invoices and unit numbers from Management/Purchaser.
- Gather and retrieve Certificate of Origin (COO) and equipment release documents.
- Build unit profiles in CDK system, inputting all unit information, hours, price, etc.
- Inform the Sales Team of newly acquired and CDK-built units.
- Quote and book freight to the appropriate branch.
- Supervise the Logistics table for incoming equipment and follow up as needed.
- Confirm the arrival of units with the Branch Shipping Departments and provide unit numbers to Shipping/Service if required.

**Marketing**:

- Coordinate with the Service Department to schedule time for unit pictures to be taken.
- Provide the Sales Team and Manager with a comprehensive photo package.
- Ensure the Marketing Dashboard is kept up-to-date.

**Sales Department**:

- Provide the Sales Team with freight quotes from the branch to the customer's required location.
- Organize and confirm signed equipment quotes, invoices, warranty, and banking documents.
- Facilitate document signing through DocuSign and ensure proper organization.
- Confirm that deposits have been received via the Accounting Department.
- Verify completion of financing and receipt of full funds.
- Send and confirm Prep Requests to the Service Department.
- Act as the primary contact for any questions regarding items on the Prep Request.
- Maintain an organized and updated live Equipment Sales Dashboard.
- Ensure effective communication between all participating departments.
- Provide the Sales Team with regular updates on current machine preparations.
- Schedule weekly meetings with the Service Manager to review current prep statuses.
- Register new equipment warranties with the manufacturer.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales coordination or equipment logistics preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills is a MUST.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, Outlook
- Familiarity with G-Suite is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using CDK Intellidealer system or similar inventory management software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or other document signing platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior heavy equipment, rental, service or dealership experience is an asset.
